The Vehicle Towable FOD Cleaning Runway Mat is a mechanical Foreign Object Debris (FOD) removal system designed for effective runway, taxiway, apron, and helipad cleaning. The system is available in three modular configurations — SOLO, DUPLEX, and TRIPLEX — allowing airports and defence airfields to select the appropriate coverage width and cleaning capacity based on operational requirements.
When towed behind a standard airside vehicle, the mat efficiently collects metallic and non-metallic debris, reducing the risk of aircraft damage, engine ingestion, and tyre failure.
